Our upgrade package includes:

Securing a FULL backup of your current site.
Upgrading to the most current version of ZenCart.
Assuring that your newly upgraded site functions properly.

IMPORTANT:

Upgrades performed on sites that do not follow the override system will result in loss of your modifications!

*If your current site has not followed the override system, additional charges to correct the overrides will apply.

*Add-on modules need to be reinstalled with an upgrade. Pricing starts at $50.00 per add-on and if the module has not been upgraded for version 1.5.7, it may not function. No refunds made for modules that have not been upgraded to version 1.5.7 that no longer function.

*Upgrades on site versions older than 1.3.9h will incur additional charges to incrementally upgrade the database to the current version.

*For sites that are older than version 1.3.0 additional fees will be charged to upgrade the template as well.

*Additional fees will be quoted on a per customer basis and if not agreed to, a refund of upgrade purchase price will be made.

Note: Most current version is 1.5.7

There is a $100.00 surcharge for sites hosted at goDaddy.

How much should you expect to pay each month?

GoDaddy Hosting
I do not recommend GoDaddy hosting for any business owner serious about running an e-commerce site. In my opinion, their servers are overcrowded, configured poorly, and there is no RELIABLE way to get a database backup. cPanel is NOT an option with most of their plans. The customer service staff knows little, if anything, about Zen Cart, but they are skilled at up-selling (more money for same poor performance and/or plans that don't fit your needs). I add a GoDaddy surcharge for any work I perform on sites hosted by them.

This problem isn't intermittent at all. It stopped working this morning and hasn't worked since. This has never happened before. I called 1and1 this morning and they said they were going to work on it and get back to me. After several hours I didn't hear from them so I called back and I'm on the phone with them now. I've lost 26 possible orders now and still counting.
